I have many years' experience in the commercial and
not-for-profit sectors, providing development, fundraising,
marketing, event organising and publishing skills.
I have comprehensive experience in business-to-business publishing, to
the position of editorial director.
Since 1999, I have worked in
the not-for-profit sector, concentrating on environmental issues,
conservation and animal welfare.
I am currently Grassland
Funding Manager for the Saving our Magnificent Meadows project, a
fixed term contract hosted by Plantlife.
I have been employed as Head of
Development with the League Against Cruel Sports, the Food Ethics
Council and Bill Jordan Wildlife Defence Fund.
As a Consultant, I have
completed projects with a wide range of organisations such as
GardenAfrica, Sussex Wildlife Trust, Ecostorm, Environmental Finance,
Wild Scotland, Vegan Society, Earthscan and Tourism Concern.
Publishing contracts have
included editing the members ebulletin for SIPA UK, commissioning a
b2b magazine, copy writing, sub-editing, layout and design.
Personal Interests:
